An honest look at how the current game uses information.

Effective October 14, 2026 · EWE Got This and ewegotthis.com

This policy covers the game and this website. The game is currently in private testing. The advertising and purchase descriptions below identify the intended public release, which has not launched yet. Private test builds may use sample advertisements behind adult testing controls.

Who operates the game

EWE Got This is published by Jason Royal Silzle. For help or a privacy question, contact jason@dovedigitalmedia.com or visit Support.

Progress and sound settings

The game saves pasture progress, results, unlocks and sound preferences on your device. It does not require a game account or provide a developer-run cloud save. Music and sound effects are bundled; playback does not record you. The game does not request camera, microphone, contacts, photo-library or precise-location access.

Deleting the app may remove local progress. Apple controls device backups, offloading and restoration. Restoring a purchase does not restore deleted game progress.

Optional Remove Ads purchase

All pastures are playable without a purchase. Remove Ads is an optional, one-time Apple purchase, priced at US $2.99 for the initial US release. Apple handles payment and Apple Account authentication. The game uses StoreKit transaction information to verify whether advertising has been removed; it does not receive your payment-card information.

Menu → Restore Purchases checks the purchase associated with your Apple Account. A network or verification failure can prevent confirmation; retry when connected. Apple manages purchase records and refunds under its own policies.

Advertising and privacy choices

The planned public release uses Google AdMob for occasional advertisements between completed pastures. Its prepared configuration applies child age treatment and general-audience ad content settings to every player, disables publisher personalization and publisher first-party identifiers, and does not ask players to provide a birth date. Google documents that child treatment disables personalized ads and remarketing, requests to third-party ad vendors, and transmission of the advertising identifier (IDFA). The prepared app also enables restricted data processing. These controls do not mean that the advertising service processes no information.

Google documents potential processing of IP addresses and general location, device or app identifiers, advertising interactions, performance and diagnostic information. Google uses service data for contextual ad delivery, reporting, measurement, fraud prevention and technical improvement under its restricted-processing terms. The app does not upload customer lists or provide a personalized-ad opt-in. See Google’s advertising SDK disclosure and Google’s privacy policy. Provider retention varies by purpose; see Google’s retention information. This policy does not claim a single deletion deadline for all Google records.

The public game applies its advertising restrictions before starting an advertising session, including an explicit request for Google Limited Ads. This version uses the same restricted advertising configuration for every player rather than a consent-options form; it does not display an in-game Privacy Options entry for this flow. If the required restriction settings cannot be applied or an ad cannot load, gameplay continues. A verified Remove Ads entitlement prevents the game from starting its advertising session. Limited Ads does not mean that Google processes no information: network and diagnostic information may still be used for ad delivery and fraud prevention, and programmatic limited ads may use fraud-only local storage.

Children and families

The game is intended for families, including children and adults. It has no player chat, public profile or developer-run game account. Parents and guardians can help with Apple purchases and support requests. Please do not include a child’s name, age, photo or other unnecessary personal information in a support message.

Parents and guardians may use the support contact to ask about information, request deletion of support correspondence, or raise a concern about an advertisement. Do not send more personal information than is needed to describe the issue.

Support and privacy messages

Contact jason@dovedigitalmedia.com for support or a privacy request. The email link opens your mail app; it does not send a message automatically or attach game information.

We use your email and message only to answer your request and resolve the issue. We keep correspondence while needed for the request or legal obligations. We accept deletion requests, subject to those obligations. We do not request passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information about a child.

Correspondence is handled through the existing business email service. The domain’s public mail routing points to Microsoft’s email infrastructure. The sender’s chosen email provider also processes their message. No website submission form, CAPTCHA or new email-delivery service is used by this contact route. You can request deletion by emailing the same address; some records may be retained for unresolved requests or legal obligations.

This website and other services

The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites. Hosting processes website requests and provides page-view and visitor statistics to the site operator. This is separate from the game’s local progress. Hosting processing is governed by OpenAI’s privacy policy. This site does not add its own advertising SDK, visitor account or contact-form backend. The developer does not claim a fixed deletion deadline for hosting-provider records.

Apple services, including the App Store and device backups, operate under Apple’s policies and your settings. Advertisers’ linked pages operate under their own policies.

Updates and requests

Please provide only the information needed to identify the correspondence in question. We do not ask for passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information about children.
